Worked for the Manager and Assistant Manager of Technical Support; 3 Supervisors; and 15 Technical Support Programmers. Co-workers were great to work with and the work was enjoyable.

I have had some awesome managers with AAA. Each department I worked in had very hard working people and we were all like family which is very nice when you spend 8-10 hours working with others.

Good stability if you do a good job

Pros: employment stability, benefits
Cons: weak salary, advancement opportunity
CSAA was a good place to work but not someplace I'd work for advancement opportunities. People tend to stay there a long time. Benefits are decent but as with most bank/insurance jobs, salary is sub-par. CSAA was strong on customer service when I was there and the employees were honestly wanting to help customers.
