Typical day get to the warehouse around 5:30 get the equipment and routes needed for day. Get all the techs equipment sorted and placed. Then go to my installs for the day. The most enjoyable part of the job was being able to help frustrated customers. The hardest part of the job was dealing with upset customers. Being one of the lead installers sometimes you get to a customers house. That has already had one or two techs before you that couldn't figure out what was wrong. So being able to fix the problem was very rewarding.
