Visually the store has to look great and neat as per policy. Visual directives need to be check as priority daily basis.
The operations and recruting always have place at the store since we always are looking for new talent and prospects.
The management team was solid and everybody has diferent areas to take care of. ( genders in apparel accesories, – more...  etc )
Fun place to work, the interaction with the customer and satisfaction was #1 priority for management and associates.
We had some issues maintaining the estability of our stock since our volume was way higher then the location can handle ( that was a huge challenge )
I really enjoyed the interaction, be creative about how to adress situations, create opportunity for succes when others think there's not.

I go in and organize the stockroom. I go pick up the order for the morning and audit.
I learned about the company.

-A typical day at work is trying to keep all the sales associate out of the stock room. I have to work as fast as I can because I receive shipment every monday.

-The management is friendly and fare.

-The coworkers are friendly but at the same time because is retail most of the sales associates are underage or under 21 years; this make the management – more...  be in top of them for everything.

-The hardest part of this job is make room when is no room at all. Every monday shipment is extremely large and met of the time is no room to put all the clothes; also I have to finish everything with the amount of hours I get.

-The most enjoyable part of my job is when everything gets done propertly on time. – less

Being a Customer Relations employee at Calvin Klein was my first experience in a workplace. All managers were reliable and friendly, and the workload was slightly large, but not impossible to complete.
