Camelot is a full service property management firm focusing on our clients and their tenants needs. With almost 20 years experience we are continually growing our business and are currently looking for an assistant property manager with experience.

Summary:

The assistant property manager shall assist in the daily management of the properties while providing administrative support, maintenance documentation and Realtor data for all showings and rentals.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities include:

Receive all applications for potential tenants
Process tenant applications for Camelot approval
Process applications with required HOA's
Complete leases and walk thru documents for the tenants
Coordinate & Complete on-site walk thru's with the tenants
Send all pertinent info to the owners after walk thrus
Complete all tenant packages, welcome letters, rental commencement letters, tenant termination letters, 3 day notices

Ensure all tenant and vendor insurance certificates are up to date
Maintain keys and building access accounts for all tenants
Maintain positive relationships with all vendors and tenants
Inspect properties when directed by management
Receive maintenance calls and dispatch either in-house or outside contractor for problem
Log all maintenance requests & verify completion
Get approval for all major repairs from the owners for repairs

Make sure all leases are up to date, send out renewal leases
Maintain tenant and owner files
Responsible for maintenance of:
Emergency Procedures, Tenant Handbooks, Standard operating Procedure Manuals, Tenant & Vendors Insurance reports, Vendor Licenses
Maintain Vendor information:
Contract start date, cedrtifiacte of insurance, W-9 Distriubution
Handle all tenant complaints
Direct for staff for all unit cleanings and punch work required, maintain a log
Set up TMR's after a move out
Other duties as assigned

Education, Experience Other Attributes:

2-3 Years experience in working in property management. Proficient in MS Suite, Word, Excel, Outlook. Experience with Rent Manager a Plus. Team Player, Organized, Multitask and juggle different issues while working with owners, strong work ethic, work independently, establish timelines and complete tasks with in the timelines. Excellent verbal and written skills, stay focused under pressure. Some travel to building locations is required.
