Reporting Relationship - Reports to the General Manager
Essential Functions -
Promotes customer service/ resident relations.
Meets and greets prospective residents. Explains occupancy terms.
Conducts resident screening procedures with prospective resident.
Completes the lease form outlining conditions and terms of occupancy, ensures that the lease files are complete.
Collect all rents when due, issue receipts as necessary and ensures that all rents are posted in the computerized accounting system.
Resolve resident complaints and answer resident questions. Oversee resident activities.
Handles day-to day functions i.e. 5 day notices for non-payment of rent, 15 day notices for rule violations, 3 day for illegal occupant, rent increase notices, filing, faxing applications to screening company, maintain resident files etc...
Handles move out paperwork.
Survey's the park weekly to ensure the park rules and regulations are being followed. Prepares and delivers notices fairly and equitably when rules are being violated.
Participates in mediation and legal proceedings as necessary along with the General Manager.
Performs other duties as necessary to meet the needs of the residents and the General Manager.
Computer data input of rental payments and general resident information.
Facilitate communication and set-up appointments between the General Manager and the residents, other staff members and vendors.
Attend a weekly staff meeting.
High School Diploma
2+ years Property management experience
Knowledgeable of the Landlord Tenant Act/Fair Housing Laws
General computing skills
$13.50 Per hour
