Good company
Designer/Drafter (Former Employee), Jonesboro, ARApril 8, 2014
Pros: a) nice team work b) great employees c) good advancements d) decent pay
Cons: a) groups within the system b) micromanaging
Great first job, learned a lot for the next time around. Only down side is some employees (non mangement) try to micromanage your work with which leaves you with no real freedom. There has been times were employees and managers have groups within the system to let them get away with un work related tasks. Other than that not a bad place to work.

Overworked and unrealistic expectations!
Assembler (Former Employee), Conover, NCAugust 9, 2013
Pros: coworkers
Cons: short/no breaks, management
A typical day starts out fast and ends fast. You hurry to your station and begin building your product and that's what you do all day. I learned how air filters were made. Management is very lazy and expects more and more from employees. They over work everyone and with no intentions to find a solution for the unnecessary over-time. There is never an – more... opportunity for advancement and treat employees unfair. The hardest part of the job is staying motivated to work hard while you have a supervisor treating you like you can't do your job. The most enjoyable part was my coworkers, definitely not management! – less
