Aftermarket Sales Rep. (Former Employee) – Jonesboro, AR – April 28, 2015
I do not recommend this company for work. Training is seriously vague for 8 weeks then your are told you don't need to know everything when you ask questions. Somewhat of a catty environment. Agreements mean nothing. You are not expected to put your life, family or beliefs in an place before their needs.
allot of down time and possible travel
you're on your own and management is against your growth.
Designer/Drafter (Former Employee) – Jonesboro, AR – April 8, 2014
Great first job, learned a lot for the next time around. Only down side is some employees (non mangement) try to micromanage your work with which leaves you with no real freedom. There has been times were employees and managers have groups within the system to let them get away with un work related tasks. Other than that not a bad place to work.
A) Nice team work B) Great Employees C) Good advancements D) Decent pay
Assembler (Former Employee) – Conover, NC – August 9, 2013
A typical day starts out fast and ends fast. You hurry to your station and begin building your product and that's what you do all day. I learned how air filters were made. Management is very lazy and expects more and more from employees. They over work everyone and with no intentions to find a solution for the unnecessary over-time. There is never an opportunity for advancement and treat employees unfair. The hardest part of the job is staying motivated to work hard while you have a supervisor treating you like you can't do your job. The most enjoyable part was my coworkers, definitely not management!
