 Answered telephone calls in a clear and courteous manner, took messages for colleagues and distributed appropriately.
 Filed and organised staff and campers’ forms, telephoned parents to encourage forms that were not sent.
 Retrieved searches from the camp database and data entry.
 Co-managed the office when manager was not present.
 Quick learner of office database and office machinery.
 Solved an administrative back log problem that was escalating by highlighting sections of the forms needed to be filled in by the rapid increase of incoming staff, which was recognised and appreciated by the office manager.
 Safely ushered campers to their daily activities and contributed to enhancing their experience.
 Conversed with each camper on a daily basis, kept a record of their concerns and reassured them when necessary.
 Creatively told bedtime stories every night to the campers.
 Shared responsibility of the campers amongst fellow counsellors.
