Campbell University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences (CPHS) is seeking candidates for a full time tenure or non-tenure track, Assistant or Associate Professor Pharmacy Practice faculty position in Primary/Ambulatory care. The position will be based at the Benson Area Medical Center (BAMC) in Benson, NC (http://www.bensonmedical.org/). Responsibilities include: delivering patient centered care as a member of an interprofessional team, providing pharmacy support services to the staff of BAMC, teaching PharmD students and residents in the advanced practice experience and didactic settings, provide service to the College/University, community and clinical site and participating in collaborative and other scholarly pursuits. The individual in this position will work closely with the medical staff at BAMC in fulfilling the patient care and related missions of the practice. The successful candidate will be part of the CPHS Department of Pharmacy Practice (http://www.campbell.edu/cphs/), which has 36 faculty members, 6 residents and a comprehensive network of outstanding adjunct faculty.

Applicants must have a PharmD degree, completed a post-doctoral residency and/or fellowship or possess relevant clinical experience and be eligible for licensure in the state of North Carolina. They should possess excellent interpersonal communication skills and a strong commitment to teaching, practice, scholarship and service. Prior experience as a faculty member at a school/college of pharmacy is desirable. Candidates must be supportive of the Christian mission of Campbell University.

Campbell University is a private Christian University located approximately 30 miles south of Raleigh, North Carolina. The College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences has graduate/professional programs in Clinical Research, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Public Health, Physician Assistant studies and soon Physical Therapy. The University has academic programs housed in the Schools of Business, Law, Osteopathic Medicine, Arts and Sciences, Divinity, and Education.
