The Company owns and manages properties in four primary markets: Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Ohio, and North Carolina. These properties include mid-rise apartment buildings, townhouses, brownstones, and garden-style apartments. Campus Apartments' business activities include mixed-use housing, assets that include student housing, faculty housing, retail and multi-use facilities.
