Great travel opportunities and networking
Regional Sales/Corporate Troubleshooter (Former Employee), MidwestJuly 9, 2014
Pros: people
Cons: firedrills and communication with the company planning
Management is limited to their convenience and constantly putting out fire drills instead of proper plan of the organization and culture for business strategy.

Great Team To Work With
Leasing Agent (Former Employee), Fayetteville, ARJune 6, 2014
Pros: meeting new people
Cons: short breaks, weak management
Working all the shift with customers. Tours, phone calls, and walk-ins were most of the daily activities. We would canvas the residents about upcoming events, and be present at multiple events to advertise the property. Maintenance requests and rent issues would also be a large portion of the day. Selling the apartments was number one but we would sell – more... via email, phone, and face to face. The maintenance crew are the best group of people I could have asked for. They not only are friendly but they go above and beyond for the residents. I loved meeting new people everyday and being challenged with new obstacles everyday as well. – less

Room for improvement
Graphic Designer Intern (Current Employee), Bowling Green, KYApril 17, 2013
Pros: free rent
Cons: low pay
Keystones are not paid hourly until they surpass a certain benchmark, and the compensation for leasing is not where it needs to be.

The Company as a whole needs to rethink their mission
Leasing and Marketing Manager (Former Employee), Texas, OklahomaJanuary 17, 2012
The lack of customer service trickles down from the top levels of executives. The overal mission statement is never clearly defined, therefore leading to no mission at all.
The company as it is currently is on a path to destruction with no clear goals and a complete lack of appreciation for top performing lower levels of management.
Not only would I – more... not go back to work for this company but I would recommend a new prospect to do the same. Look for a company with some foresight and determination. – less
