Working all the shift with customers. Tours, phone calls, and walk-ins were most of the daily activities. We would canvas the residents about upcoming events, and be present at multiple events to advertise the property. Maintenance requests and rent issues would also be a large portion of the day. Selling the apartments was number one but we would sell via email, phone, and face to face. The maintenance crew are the best group of people I could have asked for. They not only are friendly but they go above and beyond for the residents. I loved meeting new people everyday and being challenged with new obstacles everyday as well.
