Strategic Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing Canadian Solar's strategic marketing plan and budget in Americas region.
Develop and implement strategic marketing budget and plan for Americas region.
Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and year marketing action outcomes report.
Develop and implement new sales support programs.
Manage all customer marketing relations & communications.
Manage sales channels lead generation program including co-op marketing program and incentive program.
Support product marketing department activities.
Gather industry, product and competitor market intelligence and provide weekly reports/strategic recommendations for the team.
Research current/new markets trends and provide weekly reports/strategic recommendations for the team.
Develop and manage strategic marketing collaterals such as co-op marketing program brochure etc.
Manage outside vendors’ relations and budget.
BA with a marketing concentration (MBA preferred but not required)
2 to 4 years' experience in marketing field
Domestic & international marketing experience preferred
Solar Energy/Renewable Energy Industry experience preferred
English, (and Spanish preferred)
Exceptional communication, presentation and writing skills
Proficient in all Microsoft Office Tools and sales tools such as Sales Force
Excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills
Ability to generate new ideas and follow through to completion
Positive, can do attitude and be self-driven and self-motivated
Strong project management, organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Willingness to learn and work extra hours
