I use to love coming to work. I was thrilled to see organization and job duties delegated in an even manner. Patient care was top priority and completing your job tasks daily was an attainable goal! It's awful. Exhausted from the amount of work coming through. Lack of cooperation from physicians to carry out the request of THEIR patients. It has been made clear the less you do to contribute to the function of the office flow, the greater the asset. Patients do not get the needed attention until they complain. Appreciation is severely lacking. The hardest workers are often over looked and overwhelmed, but seem to get the job done. Easily taken advantage of if you are able to fill multiple positions. The least amount of work is highly compensated and praised for. Quality and ethics are not of importance. If you complain, it's even worse. Leave? It's all about location. 2015-2016 management was an absolute disaster. The current manager is also overworked, but she manages. She was handed this mess, but if anyone can fix the wreck, she can.
