The usual but they are expensive and you are lucky if you ever have the time to use your vacation time or take days off to use your medical or dental insurance, scheduling sucks

They provide all the regular benefits but they also will take out money from your paycheck for benefits that you didn't sign up for and you have to always be sure to check your pay stubs. If you call them on it though they won't take the charges off of there and will retaliate against you. They not only want to make money off of patients but employees as well.

40 days off for managers per year, 35 for regular workers, to start off. Fairly decent 401k match, they match 4% if you put in 5% of your pay. No vesting! Every two weeks the matching money they put in is yours to keep if you leave the company at any time. Medical costs you thousands you have to put in your HSA, they give you some of the HSA money, but not much. You pay way too much for medical here, just like a lot of other companies. All the other benefits are pretty standard benefits you see at many other companies.
