The Help Desk is responsible for responding to all end-user questions and inquiries at Cape Cod Healthcare (CCHC). This includes by telephone, emails and occasionally walk-up visits. The end-users include the entire CCHC staff of doctors, nurses, etc., throughout Cape Cod Healthcare. It also includes private doctor’s offices that are affiliated with CCHC.
