Operations and Delivery Sr Manager (Current Employee) – Phoenix, AZ – September 27, 2016

Being a contactor with Capgemini allowed me the opportunity to work for MetLife. The environment is phenomenal. The atmosphere of camaraderie allowed me to advance the process of delivery. Continuous delivery increased the quantities that established collaboration between the teams; allowing the product to be delivered on time.
tech support (Former Employee) – Austin, TX – September 20, 2016
Capgemini is an office environment open 24 hours for tech support, I learned to navigate through multiple systems and interact with co-workers as a team to solve complex issues regarding software to fix major outages. The hardest part of the job was not being there to see exactly what the customer was experiencing and having to emphasize to fic most problems although the joy came in the end being able to resolve a issue and hear the satisfaction in the clients voice.
Manager of Information Technology (Current Employee) – Franklin Lakes, NJ – August 30, 2016
Capgemini does provide an employee with a good life work balance. They engage employees in social initiatives. The HR does believe in inclusions. Work has been always challenging , and it has its learning curve.
