I manage and run two offices from Capgemini's reception desk for the past 8 months. The hardest part of my day is not being able to be at two places at once. However, I have really strengthen my management skills with my sport team and have learned the value deilgating tasks.

Overall Sogeti (Capgemini Group) is a great place to work, however the hardest part of any job is the investment to grow it. The most enjoyable part of the job, I feel the people from a management perspective take the time and listen to your ideas.
