The owners seem to be blind to the incompetence of the production manager and his right hand. They think they see the big picture but at times are blinded by the halo they think is over their head. Yelling and foul language permeate every department. That starts with the CEO.
Trying to manage from book you read is only good until the next book comes out. They can't seem to make any decisions unless its in a book somewhere.
Replace the production supervisor and bring in new blood. Nearly everyone that works for him hates him ..I have heard that even his own teammates in operations have a strong hatred for him. Yet they just keep on filling the supervisor spot..worst retention I have ever seen in that department.
The owners are compassionate people and seem to care about the employees. They just need to lead from the heart instead of from a book. They need to forget about how long someone has been there and look at how they affect the company.
The price of healthcare is almost not affordable.
it could be a great place to work but until they make real change that wont happen.
