A local insurance agency is seeking a full time administrative assistant. Duties will include, but not limited to providing administrative support, working with offsite managers and field staff, managing CRM database, data entry, generating reports, and answering multi-line phones.
The ideal candidate must have strong computer and technical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, knowledge of common office practices, have an excellent attendance record, interpersonal and organizational skills, and the ability to provide strong customer service. Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office. Dreamweaver knowledge a plus. Ability to multi-task efficiently and independently. Provide excellent customer service with a "can do" attitude. Insurance experience a plus. Salary $24,000.00 annually
