Great place to work
File Clerk/Office Assistant (Former Employee) –  Charleston, SCOctober 29, 2012
A typical day was filing documents created by architects and engineers for their projects; making copies, shifting files to another location. I learned a new filing system, how to e-mail files from the copier, how bid from outside contractors were decided, how to create a system using Access to document information from resumes received from possible bidders and contractors. My co-workers were the greatest; they taught me so much. The hardest part of the job was lifting boxes of files to be stored away or shredded. The most enjoyable part of my job was working with people who were patient and egar to teach.
Pros
this job was within walking distance.
Cons
it was temporary.
