I had a chance to explore different job opportunity's and the company is always hosting job fairs with different company's. CAPS is very open and determined to find the clients a job I enjoyed the experience.

Enjoyed working for the companies but not much job security because of illness of patients.

excellent job and company to be associated with. this production company completly takes care of it employees, from making sure you have breakfast in the morning to being supplied with the best equipment. just a pleasure to work for.

I learned that things move slowly because approval is over seas. I learned that the GM can do what he want when he wants. The hardest part of the job is the personnel. One guy is all over your desk, another has a jealous wife. Its uncomfortable if you get to know people. Don't open up to anyone.

We fill many orders per day. There are many sections in this company, welding, washing, high low drivers and dryers. You dont stop from start to finish everyday. This job requires alot of heavy lifting and a strong back.

A typical day working as part of the CAPS programme in Spain would involve arriving at the school you had been assigned (in my case a nice Catholic school in Rubi, Catalonia) depending on your timetable you would either then take a small class for conversation practice or go to the teachers lounge to work on your lesson plan. As part of the role I took – more... students from ages 11 up to 18 year olds (although this varied from employee to employee). Aside from the time spent teaching and planning you would have the opportunity to talk and socialise with the teachers at lunctime/breaktimes- Improving your Spanish language skills at the same time. After a days work you would return to your host families house where you would eat dinner with them and speak in English (the reason they are giving you free room and board). At weekends you could also travel to nearby towns such as Barcelona or Sant Cugat to enjoy the Spanish lifestyle and culture. All-in-all a fantastic (if sometimes difficult at first) experience that I would thoroughly recommend to any graduates looking to improve their Spanish or just to experience the country and its wonderful people. – less

Gosto muito da área, conheço os úsuarios que em sua maioria estão em residências terâpeuticas. Aprendi na prática como lidar com os pacientes, era bem satisfatório. Mas a direção deixava muito a desejar, pois não investia nas terapias.

Empresa agradável. Embora eu seja estagiária e não tenha muitos benefícios.

A idéia sobre a multidisciplinariedade dentro do contexto de trabalho foi de grande aprendizado, principalmente quando se coloca em prática.

Trabalhar no caps considero agradavel por gostar do que faço, ter um aprendizado dia apos dia, a gerencia nos deixar a vontade para desenvolver nosso trabalho, os colegas de trabalho ser solidarios, nao existe parte dificil pois quando fazemos com amor superamos qualquer barreira e a parte agradavel é o convivo com os pacientes.

Era um empresa,muito Interasante de trabalhar nela,tinha um otimo relacionamento com os fucionarios.

Foi de grande importância o estágio em CAPS pois me permitiu o aprendizado das rotinas de trabalho de um nutricionista na área de AUAN e Nutrição Social.

Atuei no Caps para cumprir horas de estágio na faculdade, todos os dias que estive lá foram fantásticos, o contato com os pacientes me fazia muito bem e elaborar atividades para fazer com os mesmo também me trazia alegria, o grupo com o qual eu fazia era comprometido e tínhamos um bom relacionamento o que proporcionou eficácia no cumprimento do estágio.

Em si, o núcleo era muito bom. O CAPS faz parte do sistema de súde de São José do Rio Preto.

É muito prazeroso trabalhar no CAPS e poder " dar" um pouco de dignidade e cidadania à pacientes incríveis. A cada dia aprendo com eles.

Meu primeiro emprego como enfermeiro, onde pude adquirir conhecimentos e realizar meu desejo de ser um enfermeiro humanizador.

Aprendi a trabalhar com transtornos mentais de forma diferencial!
A equipe não era unida, cada um fazia o seu papel la dentro, ninguem conversava com ninguém.
A parte mais dificil era quando algum paciente surtava nos grupos, era bem dificil de lidar com a situação

.Trabalho na clinica Medica. aprendi muito com meus colegas e aprendo a cada dia mais, nao tenho queixas sobre a direçao, tive maior apoio pelos colegas por ser meu primeiro emprego me ajudaram muito.a parte mais deficil é quando tem procedimento que eu ainda nao aprendi,tenho que prestar bastante atençao, aparte agradavel é ver o paciente se recuperando – more... e satisfeito com a equipe. – less
