Pros: Decent pay for managers
Cons: No breaks, worked to the core, stressful, benefits not that great
Captain D's has a lot wrong with how they run their business. The crew workers are under payed for what they are asked to do. Assistant managers get a some what decent pay, but if someone gets hired after you for an assistant manager position, expect them to be making more than you, experience not essential for this pay. The general managers will work you with bare crew shifts if you work hard. They try to get as much out of you as possible, while they contribute very little to the shift unless absolutely needed during a busy time in the day. The upper management is even worse than that, stopping by every once in awhile to contribute criticism. I would only recommend if you are in dire need of a job and have management experience, would not recommend if you are just getting a crew job.
