Pros: my role allowed me to make good use of my time, nothing wasted, great sales training, initial potential growth oppertunity
Cons: many changes were being made, we were asked to do more than possible, our income was compromised by almost half, job design changed, our structure was fatally wounded, lost many accounts
The overall experience was a good one. Great learning experience at the very least. The training and staff allowed for a comfortable transition into a fast paced Management role.
