The company, overall, has some really excellent products. That said, the current CEO and HR rep have very little idea of what they are doing. The "goals" and duties changed constantly, and if you can't perform as well as they think you should (based on what some guy that does youtube videos says) you're on your way out.
As a call center rep, I was moved from the call center to the teller line, where I had to answer incoming call center calls, and do teller transactions at the same time. A few months later, they told me that I would be a full time teller. They didn't ask if this was the direction I wanted to move in, they just said "you're going to be a teller now".
My co-workers were excellent, once we all got past the idea that we're not supposed to be friends, just courteous to one another to work as a team. It was a joy to work with a team like that. I truly enjoyed that we helped one another; where one person had a weakness, another would give tips on overcoming that.
