Last year 2016, I went to 2 site visits, one was a tour like work overview then I had a extensive phone interview the Regional Manager and did not hear anything at all. Would appreciated if I was contacted via phone.

The management staff in Durham is pure evil.The working hours are horrible and the management is the same. It is like working in a sweat shop with low wages. They do not appriciate their employees.

They offer all benefits 1st day, medical, dental, 401k, 19days of leave (sick time included), all holidays off with pay, up to $5, 250 for school per yr (manager approval), $5,000 adoption assistance per child, the list goes on.

Do your homework, read up on the history of the company. Dress appropriately, and be confident. My interview was only supposed to be with 2 people and ended up having 4 people in there asking questions rapid fire style. Keep your answers brief and bullet point based.

Typically 5 days a week. They do split weekends so you normally would have like a Tuesday off and maybe a Saturday. Good luck trying to get Sunday as a day off as those are typically given to employees that have been there for a long period of time. Be prepared to work Holidays and be prepared to work a lot of overtime. Their motto is, hospitals don't close and neither do we.

The management shows favoritism to Hispanics at the plant I worked in. I was a floor person and had to do my job plus another floor persons job because that person would be walking around doing training for other Hispanics that could not read or speak English. Same person could work all the overtime he wanted while others are told there is no more overtime.

Staff and equip properly before it hits crisis mode. Allow off-merit pay increases to bump top employees up to top pay faster so we can keep them and listen to the warehouse associates. Yes, it's a lot of complaining and some of it is self-imposed, but most of it's just because they're exhausted, stressed, and frustrated with the lack of resources.
