Last year 2016, I went to 2 site visits, one was a tour like work overview then I had a extensive phone interview the Regional Manager and did not hear anything at all. Would appreciated if I was contacted via phone.

It depends on the management and the workload. When I started it took a month. If they see you hustling they will hire you quick. This used to be a fun place to work before bad management took over.
