Thoroughly enjoyed working with the patients, the staff was amazing, very supportive. All staff was very caring, compassionate and passionate about their work. Would highly recommend.

Billing Coordinator (Former Employee) –  Cranford, NJJanuary 12, 2014
Typical day at work was to bill and collect unpaid claims from the insurance companies.
Call on a everyday basis to the state offices and submit proper documents to have claims processed and paid
Supervisor unfortunately needs training on how to speak to staff and learn billing a bit more. Does not like to be corrected or listen to the staffs ideas on how to handle billing issues.
Co-workers are great team to work with. Help each other out
Hardest part of the job is doing things the supervisors way and not being able to purpose your own ideas
Comptroller is not an easy person to speak to and is one sided on his opinios

Loved working here the company was a friendly and helpful environment.

A typical day at work was helping the elderly or disabled with things they could not do for themselves. I learned that by helping others makes thier day happier and a little easier for them. The management were friendly and helpful for the clients and employee's, that made everybodys work day easier. Even my co-workers were willing to help eachother. The hardest part of the job was missing out on a clients usual day when they got sick and the most enjoyable was having a dgood when you know that a client trust you enough to consider you a friend.

It opened my eyes to what Hospice was about. I learned that hospice didn't mean the end of your life, it just means you no longer do what you used to do....Loved working there.

There was good communication between management and the traveling cna's. There was also a increased chance to pick up a few extra shifts it they were open.
