Great company
Home Health Speech Language Pathologist (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 6, 2017
Leadership in this company is A+, as far as home health agencies go, COFK treat their employees like professionals and one feels valued and respected.
Obviously the late pay cuts were not nice, but they compensate by mapping patients really close to each other and they are great at that!
Pros
Team meetings with lunch, friendly office, great lead therapists
Cons
late pay cuts

Processing Assistant (Former Employee) –  Dallas, TXJuly 23, 2016
There was no sound leadership. The ones that were in management weren't qualified for the position but yet were promoted
simply due to time on the job. They were given no training and because they weren't natural leaders they didn't make a good employee for the position.

Therapist (Former Employee) –  WacoJuly 17, 2014
The only pro is the pay. The company is constantly changing policy to fit thier needs. You can not trust anyone. There is no balance between work and personal life. They will call and email at midnight or later with new request that are expected to be completed by the opening of business the next day. Documents have been known to go missing when a mistake is made and management has to answer for it. Kids randomly discharged before they reach their goals to make room for new patience. Unable to recieve any support from administrative departments when trying to obtain information about benefits after being ignored by management. There is a lack of respect and concern for field employees. They are treated horribly, oftentimes manipulated and lied to by management.
Pros
money
Cons
They will take your soul
