People work so hard to serve those whose lives we touch every day. Try to meet deadlines in a timely manner. I learned that working as a team makes a huge difference. Management was not really grate. My co-workers and I used to have potlucks once a month to bring some light and relaxation within the team. The hardest part of the job was providing assistance
