Not the most professional or organized place to work. Processes constantly change on the fly, systems are behind the times and stitched together. The training is joke. They're in the process of building a new headquarters and are due to receive a lot of money from the state if they reach their targets, but are burning their employees up in efforts to raise profits. Perks: team members are friendly, but interdepartmental communication is discouraged. Work from home for some team members is a plus.
