I will give credit to my current employer, they have the best schedule and they do help me with Healthcare, 401 K, and retirement savings. There is a daily learning curve when dealing with Healthcare, so everyday, I am learning something new; apart of the reason I am looking for a more routine pattern of employment. There is a revolving door of new information, so once you think you have learned something, it has already changed, rendering you to have to learn a new product over and over again. That can be a good and a not so good thing considering it's best to master a job, not be a jack of all trades. Which is why I am looking for more stability within the next field I join.
