Very fast paced, lots of multi tasking

caremore is very fast paced. lots of expectations to meet. Multiple projects, micromanaging of productivity, more customer service based than care based, lots of favoritism amongst management being friends with other management. If you can not let the pettyness fly past you, this isnt the place for you. If you need praise or cannot handle criticism or cannot handle personality differences, don't apply. Quarterly incentive plan is nice, except when the expectations are unrealistic. Senior leadership has lots of projects to try to make the care centers relevant to our 65 and older patients, but it is never fully effective, in which the staff and manager at the ccc are held accountable for patients refusing to make appointments.
micro managing, favoritism, unrealistic project expectations, upper management needs training how to speak to employees
