Internship wasn't hard, but you can work long hours. Bosses vary greatly by department and a lot of the employees dont speak english.

i leared how to be fast at doing things and getting things done and being responsiable for my job. the hardest part for me would be when id have to stack up the boxes cause the line was not moving id get frusted cause the meat would fall off and i have to pick it up and they are heavy boxes ...i liked working there cause its pays really good and good – more... hours – less

I enjoyed employment at Cargill but had some misfortune things happen to me there.

Company's Core Values are good, but Management doesn't always practice this. Different locations operate inconsistently and ofter lack leadership to help others succeed.

Racist management, You are sitting on your behind more than you are working. I learned how to operator machines. The hardest part of the job would be do deal with the racial comments towards Black staff members from upper management who are hispanics.

Good company to work for. There is a lot of advancement opportunities to move laterally onto a different business.

I had full support of Cargill Corporate in funding and implementation of safety engineering solutions. The issue with management is that many line supervisor staff are not the right persons for the job.

What I enjoyed the most about this job was the great responsibility one has when it comes to foos safety thats being processed all around the world.

•Management the Autonomous refinery operations and utilities on a defined work shift and team.

•Minimizing operating costs through the effective utilization of energy, utilities and chemicals.
•Troubleshooting issues arising during the shift.
•Partnering and communicating maintenance and efficiency issues with the appropriate maintenance personnel.
•Assessing team training needs and ensuring training is received in the areas of safety, environmental, human resources, technical, quality assurance, team skills, and individual skills.
•Working on control room (DCS) with Siemens System (PCS7).
•I was one of the team who made modifications for conveyors (chains, belts, screws, and elevators), and pipes to increase the product to obtain the maximum capacity.
•Be part of the team who commissioned the equipments in each station in the plant.

Very friendly people with a friendly work environment. This was a temporary job in which i only worked 2 months. In the short two monthas i was there, i really enjoyed working there.

Company is good at advancing their people, but I am looking for a better location.

I learned how to work at other lines or work places.
I manage to learn many other jobs and improve them.
With my co-workers,I help them when I have nothing to do at my work station.
The hardest part of the job is when the Company asked us to continue to work till 10 hours after 8 regulary hours(mandatory overtime).

great place to work if you are strong and hardu gotta be willing to go threw the pain and do the work.

Typical work day I operate rate the saw. I learned how to operate the saw.Very good management.I think my co-workers overall are good they just mind there business which is good.The most hardest thing um I don't think there is any. Most enjoyable the game room during our breaks.

I was disappointed how management handles different situations that arose. They do a great job pushing out great workers and keeping ones that continuously under perform.
