Great place
Consultant/Manager (Current Employee), Farmers Branch, TXOctober 3, 2013
Only downside is that it is project based. Having said that, recruiting does a great job of explaining the project timelines. That's the nature of the business. I knew this going into it, and would take the opportunity again if presented. Great pay, benefits could be better, but are decent enough. Positive atmosphere, and everyone is willing to help – more... whenever asked. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a start in the consulting side of the industry. – less

Productive consulting firm
Researcher/Consultant (Former Employee), Farmers Branch, TXJuly 9, 2013
Pros: informational townhall meetings
Cons: very expensive benefits, no paid holidays or vacations
A typical day of work consists of review foreclosure files thoroughly to determine if the client was in compliance with the OCC Consent Order. I've learned a lot about the events that leads up to foreclosures. Management was very helpful and dedicated to their teams. My co-workers were team players. The most complicated part of the job was having to – more... create timelines. The most enjoyable part of the job were the townhall meetings that were very informational and exciting. – less

Positive, friendly work environment
CONSULTANT (Former Employee), Farmers Branch, TXMarch 19, 2013
Pros: flexible schedule, the people, work environment, challenging
Cons: expensive health care benefits, job security
A typical day at work is to always be prepared for change. I learned a lot about project management and the life cycle of projects. I enjoyed leading projects and analysts to exceed our clients' goals. I gained much knowledge in mortgage loan modification, short sale, and regulation. I learned that it is best to keep yourself visible and engaged in – more... other business improvement/engagement initiatives outside the project your are tasked to lead. The hardest part of the job is the availability of opportunities at a project's end. The most enjoyable part of the job was the management and my relationships with management, clients, co-workers and employees. – less

Mortgage Loan Auditor (Former Employee), Farmers Branch, TXFebruary 25, 2013
Pros: creative thinking and team spirit
Cons: contract based
A typical day would include gathering data on all activities performed by the various teams and meeting of the leadership to discuss both the goals set and the clients concerns to insure efficiency and quality. The managers were effective with communication and staff development. Co-workers embraced the team environment and created a competition based – more... reward system that promoted teamwork. The hardest part of the job was ensuring that the level and frequency of high level change was met in a manor that was acceptable to the clients needs. The most enjoyable part of the job was networking in a professional team spirited atmosphere that welcomed open and forward thinking. – less

Great Pay but nothing else
Consultant (Former Employee), Dallas/Fort Worth, TXFebruary 29, 2012
Pros: good hourly pay
Cons: no paid holiday, no paid vacation, management
This company appears to be a great choice due to the hourly wage depending on what project you are working on. You must always have a plan B because it is unstable and the future feels uncertain due to their unorganized management team.
