First and foremost, understand that company HR routinely writes glowing, positive reviews for the company as shill advertising. That should probably tell you everything you need to know about the company in a nutshell.
There is zero work-life balance. While pay is slightly below average for the job title, they make no bones about telling you that you're expected to perform the work of the next highest job title, so effective pay is low. Added to that, you're expected to put in a minimum of 50 hours per week.
Management has less to do with finding new work than it does with back-biting. Infighting is terrible. The owner likes this work environment. He thinks that having his own people fighting one another makes the company stronger. Meanwhile, he's off in Nepal climbing mountains.
Run, don't walk, far away.
Paid parking...if you're in the nice lot. If you're not, then you get your car back when the attendants are in the mood.
Almost everything. Read the review.
