On the phone doing customer service all day - mostly inbound call-center type work. Multi tasking and research a must.

Pros: no sales, no call time
Cons: old fashion
Great co-workers, some favoritism, but overall nice people, not very progressive or "fun" but over time is available sometimes and the benefits are decent. It is not like most call centers.
