The firm you are sent to work for treats workers poorly. You are looked down upon as a contract employee in contrast to firm employees.
When you are called for a job, you have less than a days notice and they call multiple people. The first to return the call gets it. Then when you go on assignment it may last for weeks or many months but you don't know the end date until a week or sometimes a day prior to the project ending. It is very uncertain. And if you are on a project that is about to hit the one year mark, you are moved to a different project in order to avoid providing you with any leave benefits.

Save yourself the grief unless you are comfortable with uncertainty in your employment status.
