We are looking to add to our 1st class dining professionals’ team at our upscale, white tablecloth country club-style retirement community an experienced, enthusiastic individual with 3-5 years of successful catering management experience including but not limited to, booking, costing and managing large (300+) and small catering events. Additional requirements include acting Relief Services Manager as needed. Mid-level experience with POS systems, MS Excel & Word is expected.
An Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Restaurant or Hotel Management is preferred. ServeSafe Certification is a plus. Required hours are 45 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday off.
