Minimum 5 years experience in providing technical troubleshooting and general repair work of residential HVAC and light commercial systems. Additional duties include various handyman duties throughout the community; current HVAC certifications required. High attention to detail, a strong work ethic and must be quality focused. Daily interaction with residents requires strong communication skills and professionalism.
