Heavy Parts Handler (Former Employee), Collierville, TNJuly 13, 2015
The work day is split into two shifts.
Assembly line setting.
The work is very simple but at times very demanding, coworkers are very friendly and willing to help any new hires. The most enjoyable part of the job is definitely the day and having weekends off. Overtime is readily available for those seeking such hours.

Great Place to Learn Hands On
NOC technician (Current Employee), Dallas, TXMay 12, 2015
- Managing and learning hands on in a data center
- Learned how to handle escalated problems and troubleshoot
-Management is motivated to help you learn and get as much hands on experience as possible
-Co workers except fair work load and are eager to help
-Working nights alone with little interaction with people would be the hardest
-The most enjoyable aspect would be the satisfaction of seeing your own progress and growth in knowledge.

Plant Managment
Plant Manager (Former Employee), Memphis, TennesseeApril 24, 2015
Pros: Meeting performance metics entails varies levels of incentives within the organization
Cons: Changes in the workforce due to the needs of managing the budget
A typical day starts with an early morning review of plant performance activities in areas of safety, production, quality, employee issues/concerns. An hour later, I have a staff meeting to provide a communications media for my staff to discuss items listed and new items related to the business.

Being up to date with current businesses inside and outside the company is a learning curve that all managers should adhere to. Being able to provide direction and discussion of this nature energizes the organization.

My management style is one of leadership. I provide the tools necessary to have the best team available to meet the strategic goals and objective of the organization internally and externally.

My co-workers are respected and provides respect to the organization. This is a true value to instill and adhere to in any team oriented environment.

The hardest part of the job is cutting workforce when the final decision is made for this to happen.

The most enjoyable part of the job is meeting goals and objectives of the business, providing and having a fun environment within the plant within all levels of the organization.
