Pros: development can be very good if you work for the right supervisor
Cons: the company no longer values integrity or acountability.
With Carrol's a lot depends on the district Supervisor you work for. Many of them are good supervisors and truly care about the success and development of there people. Higher level management on the other hand has deteriorated in the past few years. At one time Carrol's was a great company to work for but in the Ohio market it has become much more suspect. Keep a close eye on your bonus checks and do not expect the company to follow thru with promises that it may make.
