The organization has a very important role in our community.
They are the largest private non profit emergency family and children's crisis campus in North San Diego County.
The top management has assured themselves high salaries and golden parachutes, which is not in line with the best interests of the organization and the services they provide.
The Board of Directors are only provided with the information necessary to massage egos and develop personal agendas and careers. Although they are the fundemental
partners in assuring the money keeps rolling in, they often use their positions on the Board for personal and professional gain.
I did my best every day for almost 13 years. Often times asked to work many hours of overtime for no pay. At one time working 187 hours in a 80 hour work week. I was a tireless worker, recognizing the important function of the organization to our community and the abused and abandoned children we served.
