Cons: having a job cancel on a day scheduled to work.
* Cascade is as temporary Healthcare Work Agency with employment in the Nursing Field. work everyday is not gauranteed due to a few legitable reasons such as lack of work openings, work distances, and orientation compliance. Good work pay and benifits with opportuity to experience working as and for a accomplishing work agency. Hardest part is not being – more... able to drive to a long distant job. – less
great to meet new people all over kansas and learn new facilities
cna/cma/hha (Current Employee), Topeka, KS – December 9, 2012
loved travelling all over places in Kansas. Your able to choose your own shifts and where you want to work. Its flexible, i preferred working nights as this was my second job, a typical day would be to travel to the desired lcoation; assist the employer with staffing needs, help clients/residents to bathroom in the night, pass medications, etc etc etc. – more... The people you meet are very pleasant. Hardest part of the job would be getting close to a person you take care of and they pass away, also its a PRN (as needed) position so the employer could cancel within 2hrs of your shift. MOst enjoyable would be travelling. – less
CNA (Current Employee), Kansas City, MO – July 26, 2012
Working as a CNA for Cascade is fast paced and ever changing. The management is amazing and willing to work with your schedule. Your do-workers are always willing to help. It is a very physically demanding job but also very emotionally rewarding.
