The staff are highly skilled and diverse. There is a commitment of all staff to the provision of the highest quality of work possible.

On a typical work day I would provide support to my team of four social workers. I provide them clinical consultation and strategize with them on how best to serve our families. I learned that you must – more... try things that are not the traditional social services approaches. Management teams need feedback from direct services staff to understand what their needs are.My Co-workers need open communication and they really care about our youth and families that we serve. The hardest part about this work is dealing with staff personal and personnel issues. Working for a good cause and a wonderful organization. – less
