Pros: the company's vision, priority is to reduce the amount of children in foster care, as well as safety by 50% by the year 2020.
Cons: casey priority is reduction, the la county department of child and family services priority is chlid safety.
On a typical work day I would provide support to my team of four social workers. I provide them clinical consultation and strategize with them on how best to serve our families. I learned that you must try things that are not the traditional social services approaches. Management teams need feedback from direct services staff to understand what their – more... needs are.My Co-workers need open communication and they really care about our youth and families that we serve.
