Pros: most employees are very nice, nice offices, benefits, compensation
Cons: not everyone is a team player.
Brokers, property management, and employees are very customer oriented. They are a dedicated staff that wants to do the best possible job. Compensation and benefits are very good. There is a disconnect between management and the cultures/values they say they support.
