Western Region Director, Enterprise Software Sales (F100-F1000)
Be part of a fast growing, pre-IPO company in the Software/SaaS/ space. In this newly created expansion position you will a Selling Director (owning a list of named new business accounts) and have responsibility for the management of a few sales people in a multi state region. Work directly with large enterprise accounts and channel partners to deliver significant growth in revenues for the region. Our client, a market leader looking to add a consistently TOP PERFORMING sales talent to their team.
Compensation: Base $120- $140K (depending on prior earnings and experience). Targeted compensation at plan $300K+, no sales cap. Healthcare benefits & stock options.
- This is a "selling director" role – for approximately 20-25 named accounts (new business), as well as leadership of a small team of regional sales people.
- Ownership of the entire quota for the region- as a team expected to meet/exceed quarterly targets with a focus on new logos within the F100-F1000 sector both direct sales and through channel partners
- Provide leadership for a small team of direct reports (regional sales managers) on pipeline management, sales strategy, joint calls, strategic support….
- Be an expert on how the company's solutions solve customer’s business problems
- Prior experience selling SaaS/Collaboration/Software Solutions to F100-F1000 accounts
- Consistent sales track record of meeting/exceeding quotas via closing new business
- Experience working with channel partners, selling directly and sales management experience of a small and seasoned team
- Ability to sell and close deals $75K up to several hundred thousand dollars
- Prior start-up experience a plus.
