CatamaranRx a Sinking Ship
Senior Account Executive (Former Employee) –  Los Angeles, CAFebruary 13, 2013
In 2012 CatamaranRx merged with CatalystRx, after the acquisition several clients begun to terminate their contracts due to inefficiencies, data integrity and misinformation. There were so many errors happening behind the scenes with our mail center, specialty facility and sub-par customer service that calming clients became an every day task. Management took very little action to escalate this issues in order to get them resolved.
Pros
work from home environment
Cons
recent merger, inexperienced upper management, lack of integration plan.

Very Fast growing company, high stress, short staffed
Reception/Concierge (Current Employee) –  Schaumburg, ILNovember 29, 2013
Most of the employees are very interesting and good people.
A typical day starts quite busy, and stays very busy until I leave.
Phones, people need assistance, computer issues, phone issues, daily occurrence with many problems.
I have learned many new aspects of Jones Lang LaSalle as the financial and professional services it offers to the clients.- by which it is facilities management. The hardest part of this job has been the company merge, with many issues unresolved. Also the very poor communication and management with others.
The most enjoyable part of this job is to see other employees, the communicate, and to assist others in my capability.
Pros
free coffee and soda, beautiful new building
Cons
very short lunch, break, and, lack of appreciation

Great place to work
Member Service Lead (Current Employee) –  Las Vegas, NVFebruary 13, 2014
Great place to work, but it is a call center so watch yourself with the gossip. Otherwise if you come to work and do your job you'll be set for however long you wish to stay.
