No job security.

They don't know what they're doing half the time. They don't pay well. They don't support you. They only reach out when they need something and offer no incentives to stay.

typical contractor
Administrative Assistant/Receptionist (Former Employee) –  Washington, DCJune 22, 2016
the HR people can vary, some are nice, some are inexperienced at their jobs. some are very unfriendly and barely acknowledge that you exist.

there is no job placement within this company - once your contract is up, it's almost like they don't know who you are anymore, they don't help you to find another job with them.
