Pros: great facility, easy call center job, hour lunches, frequent breaks, helps is always available for call reps, great pay
Cons: favoritism, secrecy, temporary, seasonal
I enjoyed my time at this job because of the people I worked with. I was hired in as a Core Supervisor when they were looking for a core team of 10 individuals. The only downfall is there isn't much management and one person works in the HR department. The home office is located in Mobile, AL. So if you need or want to complain about some one on the management level it is near impossible and chances are you'll be terminated before you could do so. Overall the job is not difficult and a lot of people that have worked there said that it was the best environment they'd worked in before. I agree. What I don't agree with is the way management handles their business but they are management and they didn't obtain those positions without just cause I assume The job usually only lasts during the hurricane season, so if you're looking for long term employment then this is not the company for you, at least not right now. They are growing and can possibly have more opportunities in the near future. It is a call center that deals in the insurance industry. It is hands down the easiest call center job.
