We are seeking a client service assistant with opportunities for advancement in an exciting and rewarding field. This is a great position for someone who is task-oriented, computer savvy, detail-oriented and displays a positive professional attitude in the workplace and also has an interest in meeting new people and client management. Ideal candidate will be a good listener, be empathetic, and interested in helping people. This candidate will report to one of the co-founders to assist in client communications via email, phone and face-to-face when necessary. This position allows for compensation growth tied to performance in these areas.

Client/Customer Service Assistant to work in Westside

40 hours a week, includes one Saturday 4 hours a month.

Must possess:

Computer skills, Mac basics preferred

Quick typing skills

Excel and Word knowledge

Phone skills- able to sound professional and friendly

Westside residence preferred (lots of driving in the area of Santa Monica, Culver City, West LA)

Task-oriented, can work without supervision, flexible, friendly, and outgoing a must, yet still serious when it comes to completing tasks

Common sense and sense of pride in your work

Good listening skills

Can work in a fun, sometimes stressful environment

Own transportation and proof of car insurance

No benefits
