So you get quite a generous amount of paid holidays each year and you can come in a little late and leave a little early. Overall very flexible with scheduling. But you pay for it elsewhere. Performance based raises are out of the question. Aside from a 1.5% COLA there will be no raises. Also the people that get in supervisory positions will remain in them until they die or retire. So don't expect to move up. Great place for entry level social workers but not somewhere you can stay and expand your career.
